Hi, my name is Katie Blevins. I am 18 years old and live in Dover Delaware. I was born in Hanover, Pennsylvania and moved to Wilmington when I was 13 years old. I currently attend the AA program and Delaware Tech full time and work at The Upper Cut part time as a receptionist.
